Getting Started

How to Order

Submit an Inquiry

Share the event date, approximate quantity, product selection, and design details.

Review the Details

Emily will confirm availability, discuss the design, and prepare final pricing.

Approve Your Order

Review and approve the order details. Emily will explain any deposit required to reserve the date.

Arrange Fulfillment

Confirm whether the completed order will be picked up or delivered.

Planning Information

Lead Times

Most orders require at least 7 days' notice. Custom cakes require at least 10 days. Rush orders are subject to availability and a 10% surcharge.

Deposits

Orders totaling $200 or more require a 50% deposit to reserve your date.

Pickup and Delivery

Pickup is available. Delivery to public locations within 10 miles is $3, with additional mileage billed at $0.67 per mile.
